In the start menu search for cmd. Right click on command prompt and select Run as administrator. In Command Prompt, type the following commands and press enter. ipconfig The computer sees the printer the printer is lit up green. The issue is the card itself will only use the default windows IP address. It can't be reconfigured. There is an issue with the card.
